Our staff conducts research to identify a pool of interested candidates who meet these qualifications and possess necessary qualities for success within your corporate culture. We will create search reports detailing candidates contacted and results of these contacts will be submitted to you on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis, as requested. Subsequently we review the potential lists with you to screen out people you do not wish to consider and identify those of particular interest. Our Managing Directors will then conduct in-depth interviews and assess all finalist candidates. We issue a report identifying five to ten possible candidates and select three to five for final interviewing procedures by SPG/Berardi & Associates and the hiring managers at your organization. We do extensive reference and background checking, as requested, on final candidates and submit a written reference report. According to your preferences and company protocol, we will assist you with the offer process and hire of your selected candidate. Every effort is made to ensure the candidate ultimately placed will make a smooth transition and become a valued and tenured member of your organization. VALUE ADDED BENEFITS In addition to providing our clients with comprehensive search reports that we tailor to their individual needs and requirements, we build a "bench" for our client and archive future candidates who fit our clients' profile. We also provide gratis "value-added" industry information such as compensation surveys, reference checks on candidates our client sourced directly, industry trend analysis information and competitive company information including organizational charts and studies.
